Abstract

1) Hartlepool: Mrs. Fry speaks on "Liberal Associations [...] as educational institutions," Mrs. David Dale speaks in agreement. Mrs. W. C. Owen "delivered an able address, in which she stoutly defended the claims of women in regard to political life." 2) Priors Marston: "[A]ddresses were delivered by Mrs. Cobb and other ladies."
