Abstract
The Woman's World reports on female suffrage and includes "a well written sketch of the life of Mrs. Fawcett, who made her first effort in public speaking at a Woman's Suffrage meeting. The mere fact was sufficient to raise a cloud of calumny, and Mrs. Fawcett was referred to in the House of Commons as a disgrace to her sex."
