Abstract
"Touching Ignorance. - It is related that when Miss Anna Dickinson was about to deliver a lecture on 'John d'Arc,' in a small town, it was considered necessary that she should be introduced to the audience. The task fell upon the chairman of the lecture committee, a worthy individual, but not very well versed in the history of the language of the lamented La Pucelle."
