Abstract

Lankester tells how the National Health Society "train[s] ladies so that they may become much-needed 'sanitary missionaries,'" whose activities appear to include lecturing. She then describes how lecturers can "start a course of ambulance lectures, for example," including brief details on ticket pricing and attendance.
