Abstract

"Mrs. Osler is to be congratulated on having carried with practical unanimity a resolution in favour of Women's Suffrage at a meeting of the Birmingham Liberal Association. It was the proper reply to Mr. Chamberlain's speech to the Unionist Women's Association during the previous week."
