Abstract
1) Glasgow: Miss Macdonell and "a large number of ladies" all give addresses. 2) Leeds: Several women move or second resolutions. Mrs. J. W. Cannon remarks on the development of the Liberal Association, and Miss M. E. Butler gives a speech "in favour of women being elected as County Councillors."
