Miss Abraham and Mrs. Barber, the secretary of the Laundresses' Union, will address the gathering." 4) "Mrs. Helen M. Gougar addressed five hundred students of the National Normal University at Lebanon, O., U.S.A., on Women's Suffrage, last week."
