1) Miss May Lafarge read her essay on women's suffrage at a discussion meeting in a public school in North Tarrytown, N.Y. 2) At a meeting of the New York Consumers' League, Mrs. Josephine Shaw Lowell spoke about the history of the movement, its aims and methods.
