Abstract

At a meeting concerning women as county councillors, Lady Sandhurst said that some of the work of a county councillor could only be done by a woman. Miss Cobden said that women are indespensible to the success of the County Council. Miss Frances Lord spoke of the great responsibility that rests upon women.
