Abstract

Mrs. Phillips will give a "general résumé of the work of the association." 2) Women's Liberal Association and the Suffrage: Excerpt of a speech given by Lady Carlisle on "The Promised Land of Citizenship." She speaks on women's right to political emancipation and citizenship.
