Abstract
Ipswich: At the annual gathering of the Ipswitch Primrose League Habitation, Miss Patteson gave an address. She spoke about women's suffrage, but she made a difference between women having the vote (which she supported, though not enthusiastically) and women actually wanting to be members of Parliament (which she thought was highly unlikely).
