1) Baroness de Worms and the Toxteth Promrose League: At a meeting of the Toxteth Habitation of the Primrose League, the Baroness of Worms gave an address in which she said that women must work with men and that women, "if they were to have the rights and privileges of the sterner sex, they must also share their labours and their earnestness." 2) Address on Women's Suffrage given by Miss Tod to the Belfast Primrose League: At a drawing-room meeting, Isabella Tod gave an address on women's suffrage. She showed the people present "the absolute justice of the claim of duly qualified women, only, to the franchise." Mrs. Byers also spoke in favour of female enfranchisement, just like Mrs. Lindsay. 3) Mutual Improvement Societies: The Devonshire Mutual Improvement Societies want to learn more about women's suffrage - for this purpose, they will be addressed by Miss Latimer on the subject.
