1) Women's Education Union: Mrs. Burbury addresses the annual meeting of the Union. 2) The Organisation of Women's Industry: At a conference on the Church's relationship to trades unions, Mrs. Paterson reads a paper advocating women's trades unions. Miss Simcox speaks on "self-supporting co-operation." Both papers are paraphrased and the subsequent discussion between women is reproduced. 3) Women and Scientific Agriculture: Mentions a paper by Miss Ormerod on "Notes on Economic Entomology." 4) Miscellaneous: Miss Leigh speaks on her mission work in Paris at a drawing-room meeting. Syrian Mission: Mrs. Mentor Mott speaks at a drawing-room meeting. Owen's College: Lydia Becker speaks after a lecture given by Professor Roscoe, on opening the college's lectures to women. 5) Political Club for Women: Edith Simcox speaks on the purpose of the newly established club. 6) Women and Temperance: Reports on the great number of recent meetings on temperance and mentions that "there were public meetings for women only, and other mixed meetings at which ladies spoke."
