Abstract
1) Royston: At a meeting of the Royston Women's Liberal Association, Miss B. Lindsay gave a lecture on the poor law system. She said the system was in need of reform. 2) Brentor: At a meeting with the purpose of forming a Women's Liberal Association, Miss Alison Garland gave a speech on "the advantages of political organisation and on rural reform."
