Abstract

Women's Suffrage: Describes a meeting as "almost exclusively of women, gentlemen being only admitted to the galleries, and ladies only were upon the platform." Mentions several women moving, seconding, or supporting resolutions. Lists several public meetings that "were addressed by Miss Becker, Miss C. A. Biggs, Miss Downing, Miss Craigen, and other ladies."
