1) West Croydon Primrose League: At a Primrose League meeting, Mrs. Peard gave an address in favour of women's suffrage. 2) Spalding Women's Liberal Association: Laura Ormiston Chant gave two addresses in Spalding: at the afternoon meeting, she spoke about child protection, especially in relation to the drink traffic. At the evening meeting, she gave a speech on �Topics of the Day� in which she mentioned several aspects of Liberal politics. 3) Nottingham: At a meeting of Nottingham Women's Suffrage Society, Mrs. Cowan read the report which said that the last year had been somewhat disappointing. 4) Mile End: At a meeting of the Mile End Women's Liberal Association, Mrs. Stanbury gave an address on the work of Women's Liberal Association's in which she urged women to combine in order to achieve their political goals.
