1) Mrs. Wolstenholme Elmy: At a meeting in Congleton, Elizabeth Wolstenholme Elmy gave an address on women's suffrage. She said she believed female enfranchisement was possible through united effort. 2) Milford Haven: At a Liberal meeting in Milford Haven, Laura Ormiston Chant gave an amusing address about the necessity for women in politics. 3) Women's Liberal Association Spilsby: At a meeting of the WLA in Spilsby, Laura Ormiston Chant gave an address on women's rights, social problems, and the necessity of reforming the poor law system.
