1) West Bristol: At a drawing-room meeting, Mrs. Milner made some opening remarks, in which she urged women to �take their share in public affairs.� Miss Matilda Sturge addressed the meeting. She spoke about women and politics and expressed her delight about women taking a greater part in public and political life than in the past. Mrs. Martin gave an address on the present Liberal programme. She criticised the programme for its �sins of omission as well as commission.� Mrs. Tanner spoke a few words about the West Bristol Association. She urged women to join the Association in order to reach their political goals. 2) Cardigan: At a meeting of the Cardigan Women's Liberal Association, Miss Williams moved a resolution in support of the Association, and Miss Anne Perry read a poetic address of welcome to the Association. Her address was delivered in Welsh. Laura Ormiston Chant spoke in favour of gender equality and female enfranchisement. She also mentioned that the poor law was in need of reform. 3) Bordesley: At a meeting of the Bordeley Women's Liberal Association, addresses were given by Mrs. Osler, Miss Southall, Mrs. Thomas, and Mrs. J.A. Oglesley.
