Abstract
At a public meeting in Stratford, Mrs. Stopes gave an address on the subject Ought qualified Women be Denied the Vote?" She spoke in favour of female enfranchisement and used some examples from history to show that women used to have more political influence in the past and therefore deserved to regain said influence now. Mrs. Laffan spoke in support of Mrs. Stopes.
