1) Lectures in Cambridge: Information on "the lecture series for women at Cambridge," which also includes a lecture on "Analytical Conics" by Miss Scott. 2) The Electoral Franchise: A long excerpt from a speech by Lady Harberton at the National Demonstration of Women is reproduced, followed by a record of resolutions moved and spoken to by other women including Alice Scatcherd and Lydia Becker. At a meeting on the following day, "Miss Helen Taylor presided, and called upon Miss Becker to read a comprehensive paper of suggestions as to the future work." 3) Employment: At the Annual Meeting of the Society for Promoting the Employment of Women, Mrs. Burbury speaks in proposing a vote of thanks. 4) Nine Elms Mission and Women Doctors: Several women speak at a meeting on mission work at home and abroad.
