1) The Year's Work - Commencement of the Autumn Campaign: The paragraph says there is a great demand for female public speakers, and the lecture tours of the the Society's speakers are organised according to a certain rota so that even small or seldom visited parts of the country get to hear women lecturing on women's suffrage and related topics. 2) Primrose League at Fawsley: At a meeting of the Primrose League, Mrs. Pender gave an address on the importance of women in politics.
