Abstract
At the great meetings of the men's and women's Liberal Federations in Liverpool, Mrs. Wynford Philips gave a speech at the Welsh Disestablishment meeting. Other speakers included Mrs. Broadley Reid, who opened the first day's conference, as well as the newly-recovered Countess of Carlisle.
