1) Meeting at Dulwich: Mrs. Holah gives "a very lucid address" on female suffrage. 2) Bromley: "Mrs. Morgan Browne kindly addressed the members of the Bromley Park Social Union." 3) Spitalfields: Mentions an address by Miss Friend. 4) Hornsey: Announces that "Mrs. Stopes will open a discussion." 5) To Whom Credit is Due: Reports Mrs. Laura Johns's activities during the legislative war in the Kansas house of representatives: "Mrs. Johns remained on the floor with them [the Republicans], and at two o'clock in the morning, after repeated calls, she addressed the imprisoned members, making an eloquent speech."
