1) Announcement for the annual meetings of the councils of the Women's Liberal Federation, 1893, which will be held at Holborn Town Hall and St. James's Hall respectively, and will both be chaired by the Countess of Aberdeen. Lady Aberdeen will further host a reception for the delegates at the Royal Institute of Painters in Watercolour. 2) Hope is expressed that Dr. Kate Bushnell and Mrs. Andrew will actively participate in the debates concerning the State Regulation of Vice in India. 3) It is understood that Lady Henry Somerset will move a resolution concerning the Indian question.
