Abstract
"On the day following the Federation meetings, Lady Henry Somerset entertained the Welsh delegates at luncheon at the Holborn Restaurant, with a view to the promotion of Temperance work in the Principality. In welcoming the delegates Lady Henry spoke as follows: - [the address is quoted] [...]. Miss Willard, who followed with a brief speech, was most enthusiastically received."
