Abstract

Short report of the role the Women's Liberal Association played in the election of the Liberal candidate, Mr. Nussey, as M.P. In the days prior to the election, particularly Countess Alice Kearney and Miss Garland helped the cause enormously through their speeches and addresses at a variety of meetings.
