Abstract

Report on an appeal by a deputation of the Women's Emancipation Union to Leonard Courtney, M.P., asking him to present a petition for female suffrage to Parliament. The address to Courtney by Elizabeth Wolstenholme Elmy is reproduced, and four other female speakers are mentioned.
