Abstract

Miss Caroline Williams spoke at the opening of the "Dinas Institute," an Institution for the public good which she had gifted to the city of Penygraig, South Wales. In her address she emphasised her hope that the building might contribute to the betterment and elevation of all men, but especially also serve all women in this quest.
