Abstract

Miss Shaw on the Australian Outlook: Abridged report from the Times on a meeting of the Royal Colonial Instiute at which Flora L. Shaw, as the first woman to speak before the Institute's members, reads a paper on the relationship between climate and politics in North and South Australia. A section of the paper is quoted and a laudatory response my a male speaker recorded.
