Abstract

At the mass meeting in Queen's Hall on the issue of female suffrage, several notable speakers delivered addresses and lectures, among them Lady Henry Somerset, Mrs. Eva McLaren, Mrs. Pearsall-Smith, Mrs. Wynford Philipps, Miss Willard and Mrs. Ormiston Chant. Particular attention is also paid to the speech of Mrs. Stanton-Blatch, which is called 'one of the most impressive features of the evening.'
