1) Elizabeth Wolstenholme Elmy "delivered a most interesting lecture at Bolton under the auspices of the Women's Co-operative Guild on 'The place of women in local government.'" The address is summarised. 2) At a meeting to support five women's candidacy for the Kensington Vestry, Mrs. Fisher Unwin speaks. Her remarks are briefly reproduced. 3) Mrs. Dungey gives "an able address on techincal education for girls," and Miss Latimer speaks on women's suffrage at the annual meeting of the Cornish Union of Women's Liberal Associations.
