Abstract
Account of a meeting at Exeter Hall at which the president Fraces E. Willard asks the women present "to make speeches of one minute each, as so many wished to address the meeting." Quotes many of the short speeches and paraphrased remarks. The main topic is past and future work of the Women's Christian Temperance Union.
