Abstract

1) Organisation: Report on recent Society work. A discussion of an argument against female enfranchisement between several women, including Mrs. Greenwood, is reproduced, and another meeting addressed by Greenwood is mentioned. 2) Meeting at the Royal Mint: Mrs. Arthur Pehlam speaks "of the great advance the cause had made in recent years," and Mrs. Cotterell Trupp argues for women's political education and widespread discussion of women's suffrage. Mrs. Russell Cooke makes an "admirable speech" on the Society's work, Mrs. C. C. Stopes makes "an interesting speech, dealing with the historical part of the movement," and two further women speak. 3) Mrs. Morgan Browne gives an "able argumentative speech" on women's suffrage at Bournemouth. The paragraph consists mainly of laudatory commentary from the Bournemouth Guardian.
