Abstract
1) Lady Sebright at Thetford: On the occasion of opening a bazar, Lady Sebright gave an ardent address about the importance of temperance and abstinence, and on the great work of British women in the matter. 2) Tulse Hill and West Norwood Ladies' Temperance Union: At a drawing-.room meeting of the Union at Bressay House, Mrs. Enyson gave an address speaking about how newly obtained pledges could be kept, recommending e.g. house to house visits and meetings.
