Abstract
Reproduces a speech by Mrs. Pumphrey. She argues that women's lives are profoundly impacted by politics, that women should thus take part in politics, and that one purpose of Women's Liberal Associations is to educate women in political decision-making; another "should be to promote the special political interests of women."
