1) Women's Trades' Unions: "An address by Miss Clementina Black" is announced. 2) Laura Ormiston Chant gives and address during the first of the current Gordon League Concerts. 3) Women's Unions in the East End: "Lady Sandhurst and Lady H. Somerset will speak." 4) The Parents' National Education Union: "[W]well-attended meetings have been held and addresses given by, among others, Mrs. Boyd-Carpenter, the Local President, on 'The Later Link of the Family Chain;' and the Countess of Aberdeen on 'The Importance of a High Ideal of the Parents' Office.' Working Mother's meetings have also been held, and a meeting for Nursemaids. During the last Session about six hundred working class parents were addressed in Bradford." Paraphrases a speech by Miss Mason and mentions Mrs. Bryant proposing a vote.
