1) M.P.'s and Women's Suffrage: "Miss Florence Balgarnie [...] will give an address on 'Women's Suffrage." Mentions Balgarnie's abilities as a speaker. "The late Miss Naden only entered the ranks of those who publicly advocated Women's Suffrage last autumn. Her first and only speech on the subject was in November, when the impression she made was highly favourable." Announces addresses by Mrs. Costlloe and Florence Balgarnie. 2) Women's Suffrage at Chelmsford: "Miss Balgarnie gave an able address" on women's suffrage. Her speech is paraphrased.
