Abstract

1) "Mrs. Besant delivered an address largely devoted to the Free Education question, in which she launched out into a vigorous attack on Mr. Morley's defection from his earlier expressed views." 2) "Miss Amelia B. Edwards, the learned Egyptologist, has broken one of her arms by falling down a flight of steps at Columbus, Ohio. She, however, kept her engagement in the evening before a large audience."
