Abstract

Miss Emily Sturge, who also presided over the meeting, spoke at the Annual General Meeting of the Bristol and West of England Society for Women's Suffrage. After her speech, Mrs. Ashworth Hallett brought to the attention of the audience new governmental papers relating to the extenision of the franchise.
