Abstract

1) Crook: "Mrs. J. A. Pease was one of the principal speakers." Parapharses her address on Irish Home Rule and female participation in the campaigning for it. 2) Liverpool: Ellen Chapman gives "an eloquent and vigorous speech" on "The Laws relating to Women and Children." 3) North Meols: "Mrs. E. J. Rimmer read a paper on the subject of legislation of the better care and protection of children."
