Abstract
1) Paddington: Mrs. Scott gives "a very interesting address [...] on 'the Political Education of Women.'" Paraphrases the speech and mentions a subsequent discussion among further female participants. 2) Leeds: Mrs. W. P. Byles speaks on Liberal associations' role in educating women on the necessity of suffrage, and the secretary reads the report.
