Lindsay gave a most interesting and instructive lecture on 'National Insurance as a Remedy for Pauperism.'" Reproduces the lecture in paraphrase and briefly chronicles the supsequent discussion, in which another "lady speaker" participates. 3) North Paddington: At a meeting of North Paddington and North Kensington Women's Liberal Association, Mrs. Charles Mallet presides and speaks on the work of liberal associations and its particular suitedness to women.
