Abstract

Detailed advice for "those who are anxious to do whatever they can to assist in the work, and to promote the enfranchisement of women," and wish to form a committee . The piece comments on the organisation and structure of a drawing-room meeting for the purpose, and provides rules for speakers. Mentions that, if required, "the Central National Society [...] will invite one of their lady speakers to attend your meeting, and help you by speaking."
