Abstract

1) Southport Division: Briefly paraphrases a statement by Miss Ryley concerning women's suffrage in relation to Charles Stewart Parnell's illicit affair and the O'Shea divorce case. 2) Brighton: Mentions several women being "present on the platform" at a meeting of the Women's Liberal Association. Quotes the secretary, Mrs. Brignall. 3) Further Arrangements: Announces forthcoming lectures by Eva Müller, Emily Massingberd, Miss Conybeare, and Harriot Stanton Blatch. 4) Directions to Workers: Advice on public speaking, addressed to women.
