Abstract

1) Hull: "Mrs. Sampson delivered an address on 'Disestablishment'" at a meeting of the Liberal Association. 2) Newcastle: Mrs. Watson, president of the Newcastle and Gateshead Women's Liberal Association, gives a speech at the annual meeting, the secretary reads the report, and a resolution is quoted. 3) Chelmsford: Miss Conybeare gives an address. 4) Leicester: "Mrs. Windley spoke on the 'Power of Women Voters,' [...] Miss Clephan spoke on the feeling of sisterhood and fellowship which the Women's Liberal Associations are calculated to foster [and] Miss Gittens dealt with the present political crisis."
