Abstract

At a well-attended drawing-room meeting in support of the extension of Parliamentary Franchise to Women, at which Mrs. Shaen (Poor-law Guardian) spoke about social problems, followed by addressess by Miss Mordan and Miss Abney Walker. The meeting then offered time for questions, which were answered by Miss Blackburn.
