Abstract
1) Leicester Women's Liberal Association: The Countess of Carlisle gives an addess in favour of Irish Home Rule, and female suffrage. Mrs. Costello speaks as well. 2) South Kensington: "Mrs. Ashton Dilke and Mrs. Mallett spoke on Free Education." 3) Durham: Mrs. Dale speaks "in explanation of her position" as president, and Mrs. Theodore Fry gives "a practical address on women's work in politics."
